PanaForma overview
What is PanaForma?
PanaForma is a Windows app for capturing data repeatedly from PDFs that follow a consistent format. Examples include invoices, sales orders, receipts, expense reports, and surveys but it can be used with any type of document.
With PanaForma, teams can create a data capture template for a document format, and then with a couple of clicks, apply that template to as many PDFs as needed. Managers can define an invoice template for a supplier using the January invoice, and then instantly capture the same data from their invoices for February, March, April, May, and more.
Once the required data has been captured, operators can export it to an Excel file, or to a CSV file, or copy it to the clipboard to paste into another Windows application.
