Overall Aconex is a  decent collaboration tool, the standardistion of controls is makes for a reliable experience as an end user.

This is true of other software too, but it still massively detracts from the user experience and the overall effectiveness of the tool.

Controls drawings and specifications really well

I am currently using this software in an immense construction project known as "Cinnamon Life" in Sri Lanka.

This can be very disruptive especially if I am in the middle of completing a site inspection reply.
