Also, to ensure objectivity/impartiality of the vote counting, we had owner volunteers help with the paper ballot counting but paid several people (a parliamentarian and some folks from an accounting firm) to oversee the counting activity (which took TWO DAYS).  

Now, I feel like a pro even though I've only done a handful of these, and that's because the platform itself is intuitive.

There were a few minor limitations in reporting customization, but nothing that significantly impacted our process.
