Using Avodocs is great as a startup it saves lots of time, it is easy to use and available when needed at reasonable costs.

I find the monthly fee for anything above the 3 documents to be a bit high. If I just need a fourth or fifth one every once in a while I am stuck paying for a full subscription.

The exported Word doc doesn't use formatting (i.e. fonts, indentation) that you typically see in contracts, so it can look a little odd without reformatting.

I love how it will easily integrate with other programs like Word or Excel. It also has frequent updates to the software and has great support.

It's a little difficult to go back and forth between these functions. There are certain problems with text scanning that cause some characters to be misinterpreted.

My favorite and most used feature is its seamless integration for the Adobe creative package which also includes photoshop, indesign, and illustrator.
