It takes a bit of getting used to and requires some user input to set yourself up for a successful takeoff.

I have been using different estimating systems for over 20 years and this is by far the best system I have encountered.

I use this software daily to perform takeoffs for projects of all sizes, and it just makes it so simple and quick to perform a takeoff that you actually have confidence in with the finished product.

I wish you could build a room with wall tile and trim pieces on outside and inside corners, then copy and paste by x or y axis without it rearranging the trim pieces.

I use the 3D feature extensively to be sure I am capturing all the products on the floors and the walls and is a complimentary aid to send the contractor/owner.

I would like the option to be able to print out the walls for each room laid out the same way as you see it when clicking "view wall" in the program, rather than being on the side. If I remember correctly, the older FEP programs had that feature.

I have had opportunities of needing to do benches and cabinets which the walls would be going down and not up the "other" program allowed to switch between directions of the walls and being able to have more functions with the wall option.
