If I upload a document from my account, I find an error within the document while it's in document hub, have yet to be able to correct the error without going back to the original document and reloading

I didn't like that everything is in icon form (rather than a drop-down menu with words), so I had to teach myself what all the icons meant in order to know what to use, e.g. how to add a text box or a date box, etc.

At present, only one document can be uploaded and added at a time. If I want to combine 2-3 PDFs, they must each be uploaded separately which is time consuming.

Overall, for small to medium-sized businesses or individual use, DocHub is a great tool for digital document management and e-signatures, though improvements to the mobile app would make it even better.

I also like how easily it integrates with cloud servers too, and easy to update existing files, etc. And though Customer Support is a bit "regimented", they are pretty quick to respond, but not always helpful if its outside of a simple fix.
