All the features works fine but the only drawback is that with customer care , when ever we have any issue and if we reach customer care they take more time to get it resolved.

My overall experience with Google Drive has been nothing but seamless. If I ever do need assistance, Google Drive also has a support team willing to help and answer any questions. When I need to create a document, presentation or spreadsheet, Google Drive is the place to go.
