This is I suppose an alternative to onedrive, i will stick to onedrive for now though.
This can be a huge benefit, now that is also is fully integrated into gmail- if you prefer using google apps choose this over onedrive
There is a lot of advertising and its best to pick your email preferences carefully, they do like to email people a lot

Dropbox is one of the oldest and well-known cloud storages solutions because it's simple of use and easy to manage data, either you are using web interface or a desktop app. Dropbox was the first cloud storage I have used though switched to google drive because dropbox is an expensive solution in comparison.
Easy File sharing. Multi platform support. Great file sync speed.
Expensive storage compare to OneDrive and Google.

Overall good experience but just too pricy.
I loves the features and all possibilities given. UI and UX are on point. Overall a great software.
The pricepoint is way to high. I switched to OneDrive and am happier now. Moreover OneDrive connects with everything way better. Sorry Dropbox :-(

Overall a quality product comparing to icloud and onedrive.
Very easy to use and cross platform on multiple devices. Highest tier adds great features and benefits.
Free version is stripped on most features. Highest tier is also pretty pricey, but still a great benefit to businesses.

I am using Drop box for over 2 years. It's working smooth, cool, easy to use and come with elegant interface. I can obviously say that this's the perfect cloud solution to all our work files, documents, photos and all types of media files
Easy to use Elegant interface Working across several apps across desktop, smart phone platforms as well
Less free storage when compared to Onedrive and Google drive

overall, dropbox is quite useful, but i still prefer onedrive
dropbox is great, it's very similar to onedrive as it lets you sync your files and photos to a backed up cloud
i like onedrive better because it's easier to share files with others, on dropbox it's quite confusing

It is good but we ended up switching back to OneDrive.
It is easy enough to use for cloud storage at work. I can save and recover files very easily, and there are few technical glitches.
The mobile app is extremely heavy and the app can't be stored on my SD card. It also asks for way too many permissions.

I have a small team that needs to have access to company files. I have them on Dropbox and they are easily able to get to them. I also have access to them on all my devices.
It is easy to integrate into my computer files, access them online, and share links with others
Unlike OneDrive, Microsoft products don't allow it to use the autosave feature. Also, since OneDrive is included for free with 1TB of space, I really don't need to also pay for this.

Backed up my phone data before I switched to MS Onedrive
The servers are fast and the software works well. I like that it's accessible from a computer as well as from a phone.
The cost is too high. Microsoft has a deal at a better yearly price that also comes with all of the microsoft software.

Used to be the best, but with GDrive and OneDrive adding functionalities, Dropbox lost its crown

Over, highly recommend. I switched from OneDrive and I’m pleased with the switch.
You can try the platform for free to decide if you like it. User friendly, especially for business.
Fairly pricey for business use. Standard and advanced is $15-$25/mo per user then enterprise is custom pricing based off needs.

Dropbox does exactly what you need it to. Synchronizes files quickly and allows us to share them between coworkers, as well as easily sending work from home to office and vice-versa.
The download speeds are about 5 time what we experienced with OneDrive.

Dropbox does what you would expect it to do. I like that you can drag and drop files to a folder on your computer and it automatically uploads them to their cloud.
It works very similar to OneDrive, and since OneDrive is included in your O365 subscription, it's better to just stick with One Drive and not have multiple file sharing services installed on your computer running at the same time.

After years of use, I have decided to move to OneDrive solely since it’s cost effective.

The uploading speed to Dropbox is very satisfied and it's easy to follow other users accessing my box.
I can share files with other users even when they don't use Dropbox and easy to track who access and see files.
I see the cost of using Dropbox Business is relatively higher than Google Drive or OneDrive.

Its good but its not worth the money. OneDrive and google drive a decent free alternatives.
dropbox is secure allows you to have ifles with you wherever you go. You can send temporary shares to people and it always syncs up perfectly.
The cost of dropbox and limitations of number of users you can sync to a free account are annoying. Playing up for it helps but there are cheaper and free alternatives out there.

I like using it. It is a competitor to Dropbox, but business version has a much more space.
We have OneDrive as a part of Microsoft agreement. It is part of our 'system'. We no longer email attachments but rather share the files via this cloud storage. It eliminates the need for sending files - the old fashioned way.
Syncing with your local PC is a bit cumbersome. You have to select which files are and are not synced.

I use Microsoft OneDrive for storing backups of files in the cloud. This serves two purposes: If there is a systems failure and I lose my hard drive, I will have a backup If I am on the road, I can still access my files. I've found Microsoft OneDrive to be fast, and does not slow down my computer. However, it does not have Two Factor Authentication, which is why we use Dropbox for Business more.
I most like about Microsoft OneDrive is that the client program installed on my computer is very fast, and can deal with multiple small files very quickly.
I dislike that Microsoft OneDrive does not have any Two Factor Authentication (2FA), which is why we ultimately are using Dropbox for Business more than Microsoft OneDrive.

Much happier than with Dropbox, which is too expensive for my needs.
I was a Dropbox business user for many years until they raised their prices considerably. OneDrive offered a much more sensible storage capacity and monthly price for my freelance business needs.
Nothing I dislike about OneDrive. It does use a fair bit of CPU at some times, but much less than Dropbox.

Works similar to dropbox but much more strict. Cheaper than others and generally comes with 1tb of free space if you already have a business plan.
If you have folders or filenames that have special characters, they are not going to get backed up. The client program has historically been buggy as all get out. The latest version fixed a lot of issues. Microsoft makes it so complicated to set up the client program (in comparison to dropbox) most users are going to get frustrated, quit and use another application. Want to share a folder with someone; forget it. Too complicated. Sure you can get it but not until after a few trial and error sessions.

It's basically free as it's included in Office 365 licensing. It integrates well with Office 365 applications. Integrates well with Active Directory because of Office 365.
Clunky. Slow. Dropbox like functionality isn't very good. There are multiple flavours which cause issues for users that have a personal account and a business account. Syncing fails often from Windows.

The tool does 'pretty' good and has good sharing features. The Sync isn't as good as it could be, but if you're using solely the online version then that won't be an issue. It's come a long way from where it was at, but it still has a ways to go.
OneDrive is a great value for users and businesses when included in an Office 365 plan. You get a large amount of storage and features and it can be a good alternative if you already have Office 365. It is easy to roll out since it is installed as part of Office 365 Desktop Applications.
The OneDrive sync isn't as good as Google Drive, Box or Dropbox. Sometimes it is confusing for users to use between all the different versions of OneDrive (e.g. OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 OneDrive).

It's not that hard to get it set up initially and it syncs your docs very easily. It also works across devices which makes it easy to use.
The UI is a bit blah and doesn't give you that seamless navigation you'd like. Compared to other file storage solutions like Box and DropBox for Business, it seems to be a bit primitive.
