Frank D.:                                              Hi, my name is Frank. I'm a Student Ministry Director, and I switched from Nimbus Note to Evernote Teams, and if you want more reviews like this, click the link below.
                                                       Both these products are really good for working together as teams on different projects, whether it's taking notes during meetings or putting together a summary of some objectives that we want to accomplish as a team. Both are really great to just share together as a team different notes and documents that you have, that you want to be used with a wide variety of people on your team, or even outside your team as well. They both work really, really well for these purposes.
                                                       Evernote Teams is specifically best for just the usability and the ease of use mostly. I find it so easy to be able to add people into different notes, to categorize notes in certain ways with different tags. It has a lot of great search features as well, from scan a PDF that you can easily find the words in that PDF by just searching whatever phrase or words you're looking for, and it works really great with shareability. It's so easy to share with someone outside your organization or inside your organization, and I find that it has some of the best formatting features, making things look really crisp and easy to understand, and just making the notes really pop out and help highlight the most important information that you want your team to know.
                                                       I find that Nimbus Note is best for teams who maybe can't afford Evernote Teams, maybe want something a little bit cheaper. Nimbus Note also has really great features where you're able to put folders inside folders, where you can't do that on Evernote. They really do have a really great cost affordable feature comparable to Evernote, but I would say not as advancing as features, but it still has all the basic components that you need to share notes with your team, to take notes for meetings and to share files with clients or people on your team.
                                                       Both Evernote Teams and also Nimbus Note were really easy to jump in and get involved in. It simply was just setting up your account, picking which folders and folder structure that you want and inviting your team through email to join into both user interfaces. It was super easy to get set up and took us maybe a day or two to get everyone in and learning how to use the software before we were able to implement it across the board, but super easy on both fronts.
                                                       I think some of the things that you would want to consider when looking for the software is definitely ease of use. I feel like if you're working with a larger team, you want to make sure, whether their computer skills are really great or maybe just starting out, that they're able to navigate the software, understand how it's used and be able to share the files that you need to do with your team.
                                                       Something else to consider is definitely cost. As you continue to grow your team, or as you continue to pay the monthly subscriptions, how much do you want to pay for this type of software? How much value does it bring to your organization or for your team? Those would be the biggest things I would consider when looking for software like this.
