The user interface can be confusing to use. Sometimes I find that I have to refer to the instructions when I need to use features that I only use once in a while.

There's a lot of functionality there. Their tech support is good.

CUCM does not show the full phone number, only the last 4 digits. So unless you have running documentation knowing all the phone numbers in your call blocks, it's not very intuitive.

We are charged each time I submit a ticket with Cisco.

It also allows you to gradually add more features with other solutions that are integrated natively.
