General Manager

I switched from Evernote to Nimbus because the storage limits were more generous.

Like many agencies, we tried out a bunch of different tools, but we quickly hit a snag... managing multiple platforms for different tasks was a real headache!

It made our workflow a mess, and it also shot up our costs.

Head Of Digital Marketing

It has a lot of integrations that have helped us organize our Google Ads management.

I can brand and customize portals to give each client an elevated experience for accessing documents, communicating, and giving feedback.

Some features are still limited and it can be a little buggy occasionally but they are constantly working on improving the product.

The ease of use and simplicity is a perfect fit for client and team collaboration. And I like that it can be customized for your brand.

PR & Marketing Manager

I appreciate how Nimbus Note effortlessly centralizes knowledge management, enabling seamless information sharing and collaboration.

We're more organized now, and it's helped us work more smoothly.

Notifications can sometimes be a tad delayed. But it's a small price to pay for literally transforming how our agency collaborates with clients.

Nimbus note has a lot of features under the hood to help you file and format your notes in the best possible way (private and business workspace, folders, sub-folders, tags... And a lot of options within the note like different headings, import files, copy images, create tables, etc...).

I'm looking forward to seeing they grow and add even more capabilities."

It's really quick to jot notes down so that I don't forget them and I use it a lot both on my phone and on my desktop to keep track of my to do lists, ideas for products, work processes, product creation, snippets of writing, favorite quotes.

T-Shaped Web Marketer, All-in-One Writer, Remote Team Management, and Project Manager

One of my best business investments! Besides the minor limitations on the formatting side and integration with calendars, it's a perfect tool for building your personal knowledge management system.

It's taken away so many client collaboration headaches and given me back more time in my day.

I manage two organizations within Nimbus and each has its own branding and have been working great as a Knowledge base and to organize SOPs.
