The price was good for complicated project customer support was quick to respond and billing was clear but a little high.

The main downside is that it can take some time to get comfortable with the system. Once it is set up and users understand where everything is, it becomes much easier to use.

There are no downsides as such, but there has been a recurring glitch, where forms submitted for a task, will reappear at times in the middle of my queue if I've got filters on.

It's an easy to use collaboration tools i use with developers to create presentations for clients.

As a comprehensive, enterprise-level platform from Thomson Reuters, HighQ is generally not cheap.
