Pros

“Since this is an open-sourced platform, there aren't as many resources to review, even though they do put in a lot of effort with the official documentation.”

Salina T.

Owner

“Inkscape works well for basic vector illustrations and simple branding assets when a free solution is needed.”

Rafia R.

Graphic Designer - Visual Branding

“Performance can slow down with complex files, and some advanced features take time to master.”

Rama A.

Freelance Graphic Designer

Pros

“Although many designers swear only by Illustrator, I use CorelDRAW for everything related to large-format printing, signage, and luxury packaging for my clients.”

Anas G.

Founder, video maker and commercial photographer

“It handles print files well and offers good control over colors and layouts, which is useful for branding assets.”

Rafia R.

Graphic Designer -Visual Branding

“Offers a one time purchase option, which is great for anyone looking to use it long term as their primarly platform.”

Octavia T.

Graphic Designer

Cons

“I feel like it is missing some features that could be useful.”

Andrew P.

NOC Engineer

“The tutorial is next to useless unless you download the version about 10- 15 years old. ”

Douglass W.

Director of Engineering

“It's not as intuitive as some of the other options out there. And it can be a bit slow at times.”

Jason M.

Graphic Designer

Cons

“I migrated from Adobe suite to coraldraw 8 years ago and still can't find more designing abilities and stability to handle big files like coraldraw does”

Danish a.

Senior graphic design associate

“Reaching a real person is nearly impossible—phone numbers are often useless, emails bounce back with "invalid request" errors, and support tickets go unanswered for weeks.”

Xander V.

IT Admin

“One of the biggest difficulties of the software is that it has a limited reach compared to other more well-known design programs, so the support and community is not as wide, and the cost can be very high.”
