This product allows me to edit and modify PDFs which are the end product of my business. Without this I would be forced to use a MUCH more expensive competitor, or a second rate product.

Why I use Kofax Power PDF

I use this program very often to convert PDFs into Word, PPT, Excel or other type of documents, and for dividing or joining  two documents or extract specific pages. Something very useful of this software is that you can also edit PDFs. I recommend it definetely.

Power PDF Advance

Nuance Power PDF Advanced allows me to create, edit and manipulate PDFs, just like Adobe and other competitors, but for a lesser cost.

Nuance is a GREAT Alternative to Adobe

It has all of the key features you would want or need, including PDF editing, converting PDFs to editable versions, merging and rearranging PDFs, overlaying PDFs, signing PDFs and exporting PDFs. For exports to Excel, it puts on PDF page per tab.

Combine Documents, Optimizing the size of the documents, typing notes right on the pdf, removing information from the document, especially happy with being able to convert a pdf into word or excel. HUGE time saver.

Awesome PDF program

Recently switched to this PDF software instead of using the previous software. Was suspicious at first because I have never used anything but for PDF. Have to say, I strongly prefer Power PDF.  It is much easier to edit PDFs in this software and much easier to convert back and forth between Word,  Excel, and other formats.  Highly recommend!

Good software at a low price

Being able to view and edit PDF documents; this is something that it has taken me a while to find a good software alternative to Adobe. The product isn't perfect but it is very functional.

A good alternative to Adobe

Combine documents is the big one.  Drag PDFs into a single document to send to auditors, vendors, customers or whoever.

Overall, I like having Nuance. It makes my job easier.

Other the features I mentioned, it has many others, including but not limited to: splitting documents, custom comments, security, advanced processing, linking to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
If you work with PDFs - this is a very useful app. 
I am old enough to remember when we thought PDFs couldn't be modified at all.

The editing features are fairly simple to use and the secured signature features are wonderful.

First of all and that is a huge one on this >> the price!!! This costs nearly only 30% from an Acrobat Pro Version and has all almost all features you'll need for your business.

This product is almost as good as Acrobat Pro for the normal user, but it is not quite as intuitive.

For frequently used, or hard to find functions, the quick access toolbar is a must. The program integrates well with the MS programs we use.
