Ok, but very expensive for the cost. Airtable is less pretty but much better and cheaper
Easy interface. I like the email integration, alerts and drag and drop interface.
Personally I found it useless for any sort of intermediate automations, it’s also impossible to link tables / projects together into any sort of way where you can have summary views that are useful with 2 way reactive tables. Ie. If you want to feed tables into one - that’s fine - but try to action anything from the summary table with any sort of conditions and it falls apart.

Monday was pretty easy to use and we liked it a lot, unfortunately we were already used to Airtable and ended up not switching.
A lot of features that required training

- Fast to deploy without much training - Good for the eyes visually - Many charts, graphs and trackers can make great use of your data thereby giving you a better understanding of which of your employees are doing a good job and which are not
- Free tools like Airtable are available - Best alternative in the competitive market is JIRA which may be slightly expensive but still does all the things monday.com does and is widely being used in most of the companies

Monday has been a fantastic platform. We transformed our company to a cloud-based, automated operation in the last year and Monday has been the center-point of the transformation. Our entire team has embraced the platform and people of all technical abilities are able to use and learn the platform with ease.
Monday has changed the way our company operates for the better. We have removed 30,000+ manual tasks a month and created powerful workflows that are allowing us to scale internationally and maintain a smaller office staff who has more work/life balance than ever before.
There are small nuances to Monday that I hope are improved in the coming years. The only other thing that is frustrating is that AirTable seems to have better integrations and allow for more to happen with the data than Monday (mainly the ability to sync data with client-facing portals, which would be a huge win for our operations.

A fun, easy-to-use system of work planning. Of course, works best when you have buy in from the wider team - but the flexibility of set-up makes for personalisable tracking solutions!
Having tried airtable, trello and to-do-is I settled on Monday.com as the best solution for my work management. I really like the way Monday allows you to set the view and style that you prefer. For me, I like lists in sub-catagories and that's exactly what Monday allowed me to use. There are also loads of templates to get you started which helps you think about elements you may not think of
I'd like to be able to attach weight to sub-tasks, so when they are complete it influences how much the overall progress is affected. It would be good to reflect on the different "difficulties" of tasks. This is relevant for my appraisal process

Monday.com was easy to learn after some playing around and looks the most visually appealing of the project management software we were recently trying out. It looked clean and it was easy to see where everyone was on a project, or to add more than one person to a project. We tried Airtable as well and didn't like it at all. Monday.com would be a good option for a cutting-edge company looking for more accountability and tracking in projects.
The worst thing about Monday.com is the price. But if your company can afford it, go for it if it's the right fit!

Entertaining and simple method of schedule management. Having support from upper management is essential, but the adaptability of the system allows for unique monitoring approaches.
It's possible that this software can do a great deal. While I did give airtable, trello, and to-do-is a go, I ultimately decided that Monday.com was the best option for me to keep track of my projects. I appreciate that you can customise Monday to look and function as you choose. When it comes to lists, I like the subdivision that Monday provided. There are many examples available to serve as a starting point for your own work, prompting you to consider details you would have otherwise overlooked.
So that the completion of individual tasks has a greater impact on the overall progress, I'd want to assign relative importance to them. Consideration of the varying "difficulties" of jobs might be beneficial. In light of my evaluation, this is important information.

My company uses Monday.com to keep track of many different projects we have going at one time - we are an events company, so we have hundreds of events in a year that each have individual processes that need to be accounted for. Monday.com has been helpful in having a broad scope of where we are at with each project. We are still ironing out the kinks to figure out what our workflow will be with this, but it is a pleasant platform to use - very aesthetically pleasing and easy to use once you get the hang of it.
I love how you can make a board with automations so that it helps you organize. For instance, I can set a project I'm working on from "pending" to "complete" in one box, and automate it so that once I hit "complete", it moves that project to the "complete" section in a different part of the board. I also love that you can integrate it with different platforms like AirTable and Slack, which is super helpful. Overall, it does a really good job of helping you have a grand overview of where you are at with a project, and helps my team see what projects have been completed and where we still have more work to do. I also know there's a lot of great other features that I haven't learned yet that could be useful to us once we get the hang of this platform.
It's a bit complex to learn, which is frustrating at first. There's a lot of formula coding and lingo Monday.com uses that you have to learn for it to make sense. I found that having a specialist help you code your page to your liking was pretty helpful. There's also some places where we set something up but there are scenarios in which this set up might get undermined by one action that would seem logical but would throw off the board. I do wish that the program helped walk you through the process of getting your workflow set up, but I'm sure that's being worked out since they are a relatively new platform.

Personal and team task organization, as well as full visibility into everyone's tasks and priorities in the team/company.
Excellent experience with the product so far. It's easy to learn and find what you need, and the "?" tips around the interface are helpful when trying to remember what a feature does, when to use a feature, or if it's available to you. Pros: It's better than AirTable at task management because of the ability to share boards instead of "sheets" like Excel, so you don't have to remember file names. From a user perspective, Monday.com also has awesome "updates," "checklists," and other features that allow for note taking and lists within pulses. One of my favorite features is the "add views" option where you can see all the tasks on a board by a calendar, timeline, file, etc. so you can really focus on a specific aspect if the public board is overwhelming. I have not had to deal with customer support yet, so I guess that means the product is pretty user friendly :)
I dislike some of the collaboration limitations, as well as the lack of visibility into seeing timestamp updates (for admins) on the boards themselves. This feature would be helpful for managers who monitor progress on tasks, etc., as well as being able to see when people update their boards. I know this feature is in the hidden "Activity Log" but it would be easier for managers to be able to see it all in one place, like a dashboard.

I tried using Airtable for task management, and it's useful because you can customize it a lot. It's like mixing a spreadsheet with a database, which is great for keeping everything organized.
I switched to Monday.com, it just clicked better for me. Monday.com makes it super easy to see who's doing what and by when, with those visual boards and automation features that cut down on the repetitive stuff. Plus, chatting and updating stuff directly in tasks? Super handy. So, for keeping my tasks and projects on track, Monday.com ended up being my go-to.

So far its been great and highly collaborative compared to Monday.com, JIRA and Wrike.
The easy to use field creation and filters that allows everyone to sort records / data on the sheet
It lacks foldering/epics/master or parent and child layering records for more complex database and projects

Visually it can look very similar to the offerings by Monday.com, so for many new users it would feel familiar.
I don't feel that it was quite as robust or intuitive as Monday. Having used both, I find Monday to be the better alternative.

Did what we needed it to do but have since started using another tool which does what airtable does (and more)
Ability to colour code tables/columns and set-up multiple views.
Nothing, but we found that monday.com could do a lot more across different teams and so it ended up being adopted internally as the tool to use.
