Tasks control and planner.
I have used this tool since was Dapulse and it has improve a lot. It is very easy to use and have a intuitive environment. You can find video training for better use of the tool.
Depend of your needs could be a limited application if you use it for big projects. It is a little expensive service compared with what offers to you.

Its not the best for ticktw tracking or to create project plans. Its works well as a day to day planner.
It's easy to use, simple interface. You have options to change display boards to list, grant and kanban.
Not easy inviting guest user who do not have Monday, it was asking them to pay after 30 days. Seems pointless for ready only users

Easy to to use and simple interface. We use it for managing workload and sharing ideas. Love the visual planner functionality.
Need everyone in organisation to use it or there isn't much point. Scheduling tool needs work. Quite expensive but worth the money i think.

Great project visualization. The whole team can have an overview of what needs to get done and communicate from one central hub.
The app is a little buggy and the dashboard is very limited compared to the desktop version. Good for home/the office but you’ll get frustrated on the go.

It was alright. Very visually pleasing so I was disappointed that I couldn't use this. I think if you're the kind of person who is a part of a team working on a typical development project this could be useful.
It's very good for simple, generic project management. Many views and options.
Not so good for complicated/slightly different kinds of projects. I'm an event planner (alone) and I found Monday to be a little too lacking in customization options.

Monday become our central hub for everything that is going on in the organization. It is highly customizable and allows you to make it your own.
Administrators should be aware that you need to put a lot of thinking and planning before using the system. The implementation is the easy part, it's the pre-work that is critical and resource-consuming.

There are no better features for a marketer than this software. A social media planner, lovely templates, and all the insights I get are just some of the features that make it great.
The way they help marketers like me hasn't disappointed me at all.

It's a convenient hub from which I can oversee a number of separate projects. My manager can easily see how productive I am being by checking the status and clicking on the provided links.
Monday.com is a powerful tool for managing projects, products, workflows, processes, issues, and more. In an agile setting, managers' work is simplified by the abundance of available templates.
Poor dashboard personalization options. The cost is prohibitive for most startup businesses. Getting rid of an obsolete message board is a pain but not a deal breaker.

It seems more comprehensive than we need. It's a wonderful tool but for our organization to use it would take a lot of effort and training. Overall it does a great job of integrating tasks into your calendar and we originally found it within the Microsoft app. The alerts and notifications have also been proven to be very useful for our team.
Monday is very visually well put together with a wonderful UX interface. The colors are beautiful and it's very appealing to the visual learner and planner. It provides easy to access updates and staff information on projects with icons, graphs, bar charts.
This isn't necessarily a con but Monday has a lot more features than we need. Sometimes that almost feels like more work to manage and update.

With team members that are at times physically distant, Monday.com is an excellent hub to ensure that work gets done, on time, in the way it was intended. Monday.com is a great tool for our team.
Monday.com is an excellent resource for teams that have a lot of work to get done. It is also helpful for teams that are bigger and need a hub of collaboration. There are plenty of features that make Monday.com a winning product. Each "board" or center of collaboration can be broken down further into what Monday.com calls "pulses". These pulses can represent specific projects or could be assigned to...
First-time users may need a time of onboarding to grasp the features of Monday.com. I have been using Monday.com for over a year now, and there are features I feel I still need to explore to fully understand the power of the platform. Users within an organization that are less-tech savvy may struggle to include Monday.com in their day-to-day work experience.

I love the hub environment Monday creates. it's a centralized location for all the information I need to get my tasks done in a day. I am super pleased with Monday and it makes me feel like a rockstar.
I love how you can create detailed projects and statuses. You can be highly detailed in your description or very simple by using staus colors. I like how you can create a sense of tone by adding animated gifs as well.
There's not much to say in terms of cons. I guess there may be some glitching when it comes to turning off notifications and I still get notifications, but this may be due to user error. The software is highly intuitive so I am sure there is a solution.

The user experience is really friendly and visual. It's also a great team planner to help manage time, projects, work streams, etc. It neatly breaks everything up so it's easy to find what you need. I also like the ability to change views of the plan, depending on the user.
I think the only real downside is that it is a bit too basic for a full on project management tool, which is what we needed.

This software is perfect for visual learners and procrastinators. I love that it keeps me on track, notifies me about deadlines, and shows me dashboards with every detail of what I'm working on. I wish I had started using it sooner.
I love how versatile Monday.com is for all of our team members. There's event planning management, volunteer database management, donor development management, social media content management, and so much more. Each role has a hub within Monday.com to manage their projects and keep tasks organized.
While there are endless capabilities which offer a multitude of templates, layouts, and organization options, it can feel overwhelming. It's a user-friendly software, yes, but it feels like there's always more to figure out. It's going to take a while for me to feel 100% comfortable with it.

Hoping to introduce this tool as a way to streamline projects among a virtual staff of teammates.
I like the intuitive tools and drag and drop functionality, the ease of editing templates (and the vast quantity of templates available) - the overall concept of a visual planner really appeals to me, so I'm hoping my colleagues jump in so we can collaborate. Not sure if it works for individuals not tethered to a team.
Seems to require team buy-in. If so, I may not be able to use the platform.
