It is very easy to integrate into your presentation arsenal.
The price is right, the poll features are adequate.
It lacks the visual and audio enhancements. If they only made it as pretty, fun to watch and hear (music etc) as Kahoot it would be almost perfect.

Not great. There are other products that have the same functionality [and more] and don't create mayhem when you open up other software. I ended up purchasing Kahoot! that does a lot more and covers the same functions.
I love the idea of capturing feedback during webinars to make them more engaging and collect data to use.
This totally messed up my PowerPoint...every time I opened PPT...it would send an error message, open up a webpage and a send log window. Such a mess. Had to uninstall.
Hi Elizabeth! Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for any issues this may have caused during your presentation. If you don't mind sharing your email address with <support@polleverywhere.com>, our CEO would like to hear about your experience 1:1 because we consider this an unacceptable situation and would like to learn more about how we can improve. Thank you, The Poll Everywhere Team

I used to play virtual quiz competition and also to get poll from friends.
Arrange a room and ask others to join the room and host a quiz game and play, it also provides results as in who is the winner, or runner up in the end.
It had a delay which is not expected at any time.

We wanted a solution to offer some polling and games to increase engagement in a few workshops we deliver on a regular basis. I had experienced Kahoot as a learner in various settings, so knew about it. Upon purchasing a subscription I found how many more features it has and options for games!
Kahoot is super easy to use and has so many different game/poll options to drive engagement during live learning sessions.
That certain features are paywalled, albeit behind a very reasonably priced paywall!

I was able to put on several programs for my clubs at my college campus using kahoot!
I love how easy it is to make an entire kahoot poll! I like that it is free and saves easily.
It needs internet access, because sometimes the connection is slow

I have used this to poll a class or to quiz them in a quick and easy way. It's easy to use and fun as well as engaging.
It's fun and easy to use. It engages audiences easily. It has a fun format that is colorful with engaging music.
The software is somewhat limited in what you can do. This is easy to use but the ease of use makes for limited features.

This is a must-have assessment tool for classrooms.
Kids love Kahoot! It is a great way for teachers to quickly poll students and keep track of their points in a game-like format.
There is not much customization offered as it has a pretty simple platform. However, that is not all bad as it makes it simple to master.

I've had a lot of fun using KaHoot in the classroom setting. It tests your knowledge and can bring out some competitiveness between peers.
Honestly is a quick and easy way to poll a group of people in real time. It is a lot of fun in a classroom setting.
I don't have any complaints that come to mind immediately.

An easy app to bring in to the class, with your friends and pretty much everywhere! Fun, and for everyone!
Sometimes it´s a little bit slow, and the questions don´t charge at the same time for every participant

Used this my whole teaching career the last 6 years. It really engages my high schoolers to biology and reviewing hard material.
I love that the students get engaged by being able to make their own nickname up, so others in the room do not know who they are. It is a great way to poll students.
The music could be better and the tabs could be more organized. I have to explain a lot to first timers, so they can reuse it later.

It is a great tool to utilize while students are learning about or studying a topic. I have also created my own to quiz students on vocab, new concepts, or even take a poll of how they are feeling or fun facts!
Kahoot is such a blast, my students don't even realize they are learning! I love that I can make my own Kahoots, or I can search for ones that are already made. There are so many available that I always have options. I love watching the kids get competitive over it, and they are learning and studying while having fun! They beg me for Kahoot daily! Definitely utilize this in your classroom.
I honestly can't thing of anything negative about this. I think my students would also agree with me!

I love KaHoot. We use it at our Christmas party for Christmas trivia.
It is so simple that a 3 year old could participate. It's been used in elementary classrooms and adult fun in a bar and everywhere in between.
Sometimes there is a lag, but not really a KaHoot issue. It's more of a wifi or cell signal issue. Frustrating though!

5 out of 5 rating
Its is very efficient to make quizes and surveys to the staff and you will be able to get the results in a few moments since it has a live poll tally and summary of what you have done through out the activity
I did not encounter any negative sides about kahtoot since my experience with this app was proactive

Kahoot is synonymous with quizzes and assessments at my organization. Started out as a tool used to host game night and continued as the first choice for all assessments and polls. Makes it easy to poll multiple users and get immediate responses.
Performance of the product / response time can be improved. There tends to be a lag sometimes

As a small business owner and senior, I think this is a helpful tool for interactive engagement and learning.
I use this mainly for creating polls and quizzes when I do marketing presentations. It creates a lot of engagement with the audience which is great! Super easy to use and the games are really fun!
I have experienced some lag on occasion between the response time of the participants and the poll questions. There is also no way that I have figured out on how to track the data from the games when I use google classrooms.

Highly recommend.
We LOVE this software for both our non profit programs in schools with students and for team meetings. It is easy to use and to get everyone on board - they just need a device with internet to play! We’ve done a lot of collaborative meetings and using the poll feature has been great to get ideas and opinions
It can have a lag with the information coming in so beware of that and prepared.

Overall this a great to tool for a team and a leader to learn from the teams input and see what they know and maybe what their struggling with. It's in a game type of way so the team thinks its fun.
I like how you can mix and match the quiz like a trial mix. The poll don't have to be sored ether so need to mess up the point system. And at the end of the quiz there is a leaderbaord which makes it more interactive. Once the score is reported I am able to see who got what wrong and who pick what as a answer.
I don't like the music. Seems to be a little clingy. Along with it taking me a while on how to show my team the questions on their device. Default the question is on the leaders screen.

Kahoot allows teachers to easily assess student understanding and progress. The platform provides real-time feedback and analytics on student performance, which can help teachers identify areas of weakness and tailor their instruction accordingly.Kahoot can be used in a variety of settings, including in-person and virtual classrooms. The platform has features specifically designed for online learning, such as the ability to host virtual review sessions and share quizzes and polls through a variety of platforms.Kahoot is an affordable and user-friendly tool that is accessible to a wide range of users.
As a student, I have really enjoyed using Kahoot in my classes. It's such a fun and interactive way to review and learn new material. The games make the learning process so much more enjoyable and I find myself paying more attention in class because of it. The platform is also really easy to use and I love being able to see how I stack up against my classmates. One of the things I love about Kahoot...
While I generally enjoy using Kahoot in class, I find that the games can sometimes be a bit repetitive. It would be nice to have more variety in the types of games available. One issue I've had with Kahoot is that the timer for answering questions can be a bit too short, especially for more complex or open-ended questions. It would be helpful to have the option to adjust the timer length. While I appreciate...

We have found Kahoot! to be very useful in the pandemic as a way to connect with our group in a variety of fun ways. We also look forward to other ways to use it (i.e. staff training) when some of our normal programs are running again. Very versatile program, that is useful for way more than just fun games in a classroom setting!
We love Kahoot! It's incredibly useful as both a game and a teaching/training tool. We love that it can be used in person, over video calls, and as a self paced quiz. It's super easy to use as both a player and as someone making a Kahoot! There are also so many options for how to use Kahoot, as a fun quiz, as a training tool, as a way to poll the group, etc we have found so many options for it. Well worth it for us and so easy to use.
Truthfully the only con is that it isn't completely free (though there is a free option), but they have multiple tiers to their pricing that most groups should be able to find a package that fits their needs and their budget. They do also have a non-profit option which we appreciated.

Overall Kahoot is an effective and easy way to gamify learning. My only want is the ability to customize more of the colors and branding on the platform.
Kahoot is great for setting up interactive learning exercises. You can either use kahoot for a live trivia challenge, poll, etc at the end of a webinar or in person conference. It also allows for setting up "challenges" that are not live. For example, you can creating quizes for onboarding employees, training, or in my org's current usage - an all org trivia challenge. I love that it automatically calculates leaderboards and gives weight/points for answers AND the time a contestant takes. Also the ability to combine multiple games into one singular leaderboard is very cool too allowing for multi-quiz tournaments and training exercises.
Honestly the color palette and customization. I'd like if a premium membership allowed you to completely tweak all the branding and colors. The bright primary colors clash pretty bad with my companies colors and it would just look much better if we could completely customize the branding.
