I like they have integrated the endless source of free images to illustrate the presentations and basically cover all possible slide templates you might need. Setting up your deck is nicely fast.

No undo button, copy-paste from other applications is hard (can't import and edit a ppt slide).

Since it lives in the cloud, if your internet slows, the software can slow. It never actually froze, just showed some lag.

			                                                       As someone who gives a lot of presentations, including speaking at many conferences and tech meet ups, I use presentation software to be able to tell a compelling story to my audience.
			                                                       Beautiful.ai is best for helping you tell your story without needing to focus on design. It gets out of the way, and it lets you focus on the content instead of fighting with layouts and templates.
			                                                       PowerPoint is best if you need detailed speaker notes, and if you're integrating inside of an existing Office 365 workplace. So if you're using Word a lot and other Microsoft applications, it might be easier to stick in the Microsoft ecosystem with PowerPoint.
			                                                       Getting started with PowerPoint is relatively easy. You download it as part of Office 365 and install it on your local computer, iPad, or there is a web based version as well, and then you can start creating content and presentations from there. Takes about a half hour to 45 minutes to sign up to full setup, where Beautiful.ai, you can get a free trial or it gets started in a matter of minutes because it's web based SaaS software, and there's nothing to install locally on your machine. However, that does mean that it has a downside if you're not connected to the internet.
			                                                       Top consideration when looking for presentation software is ease of use and collaboration. Being a distributing company, I want to get feedback on my presentation decks before I present them and both PowerPoint and Beautiful.ai have the ability to collaborate. However, PowerPoint does require a Microsoft account in many cases, where Beautiful.ai, you can just share a link, which is a little more convenient.
