Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Pulse overview
What is Pulse?
Pulse is an AI-native team communication platform that automatically extracts and structures actionable work items from conversational exchanges in real time. It combines messaging capabilities and intelligent automation to capture tasks, decisions, leads, and follow-ups without requiring manual input or behavior modification. The platform addresses coordination challenges by converting commitments and action items buried in chat conversations into tracked, executable work items.
The architecture separates communication, structuring, and execution functions into distinct layers. The communication layer provides channels, threaded conversations, and direct messages that mirror common messaging applications. The structuring layer continuously monitors every message to identify and extract tasks with ownership, decisions made in discussions, business leads mentioned in conversation, and follow-ups requiring future action. Extraction occurs automatically without tagging conventions, slash commands, or manual categorization. The execution layer presents extracted items on structured boards with assigned owners, deadlines, and completion tracking. A notification engine delivers context-aware nudges for overdue tasks, pending follow-ups, and aging leads.
Pulse is accessible via native mobile applications, web browsers, and desktop clients with real-time synchronization across devices. The software secures data with AES-two-five-six encryption in transit and at rest and maintains tenant isolation, audit logs, and role-based access control. It adheres to SOC two Type Two practices, GDPR requirements, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Conversation data is never used to train AI models. The platform integrates alongside existing communication tools to enable incremental adoption without migration and requires minimal setup while replicating familiar messaging interfaces.
