There are many minor glitches, which after contacting the support team, usually get fixed in a timely manner, but after a while I don't want to report every little thing and wished that the QA team would catch them before going into production.

It's a very user friendly tool, can be integrated into both GoogleDocs and Word and prevents me from messing up my references.
