Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Cons

“It a bit costly if you send more than 10 email which is the free part but if I only need to send 15 im paying 25 a MONTH for 5 more email its just not worth it to me”

Victor B.

Owner

“I think the price is a little steep. for two people to use it but one of us barely uses it so having to pay $35 for very infrequent use is annoying.”

Elizabeth H.

Senior Product Manager

“Poor in the free version, it allows sending 2GB files, and I must watch ads, it's not satisfying”
