The integration of connectiwise with other software is great. This is the reason why I really love this software.
Horrible, horrible customer service and support. I was constantly getting false positives.
So far it was a breeze to set up and create groups of my PCs I manage. Having the ability to share passes for 3rd party IT help is nice too.
Product support is disappointing. On the few occasions that I have needed to reach out to support, I ultimately figured out how to correct the problem myself.
We have been a screen connect/Connectwise Control user since 2012, a brilliant piece of software and pricing is very competitive. It's quick and supports a large number of clients.
The big thing we learned was not to use the unstable branch in production and that for more than 4 years the unstable had never caused us issue.
The best part has been the ease of initiating and deploying ConnectWise. It was important that we got a remote system up and running quickly and this software allowed us to do that.
The fact that my sessions are always losing connection and out of date. It also doesn't support Edge very well.
With that being said, ConnectWise has been 100% functional and satisfactory in this capacity. Super, super easy to deploy and use.

Best of all, is the extreme easy handling ot the staffbase tool, which the users and editors really appreciate. And it's really a pleasure to use /and work with the staffbase tool.
The representation often is not similiar to the desktop version or is completely destroyed.
Reliable, creative and innovative partner for internal communication processes.
In the beginning it was difficult to get all accounts connected. Time after time you need to regenerate the access to these accounts, which didn't always work as planned.
The support is quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. The functions within the app are very intuitive.
If you had some of the tools on other platforms you might lose some features.
The look & feel of the App is simply great. Also, when we have any questions or recommendations, there is always someone from the Staffbase Customer Service that will help us out.
The only thing that is missing is a Confluence integration – with Atlassian only offering a stripped down app for general usage, this will be an important bridge to cover in the next months.
The built-in media center makes it possible to crop and edit images without even loading photoshop on your pc. It's super easy and super fast.
When questions arise, the project manager and/or suppport team is easy to reach. Very kind handling and helpful.

The VPN feature is amazing i use it with usb redirector and it works great i can control the computer and the usb eith the vpn and usb director yogether i love that feature.
Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time.
It helps on easy to use interface with a powerful remote features. Its fast and easy to navigate through the interface with a quick support to desktop, which is amazing.
I tried to cancel last year just be told it was done incorrectly (wasn’t processed by them) not that they admitted this. I was forced to pay a credit agency with the threat of penalties.
The easy to use application is so simple to learn and navigate. The ability to tackle projects even when your not physically at the office is fantastic.
Sometimes it gets a little unstable, but I think the problem is more on the internet than on the program itself.
The capability of TeamViewer of being available everywhere is a great plus of the program. We are able to resolve IT challenges in realtime no matter the distance between the technician and the user.
Support team is not enough technically proficient. Documentation on their website is sometimes obsolete or misleading.
IT is good to use in production. You need a stable internet connection and a good working computer with good hardware in it.

GoTo meeting is very easy to use and the quality of video and audio is great. I love that I can save my recordings to the cloud.
What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
It is a brilliant and super powerful tool that does not demand any training to use. It has a nice and high definition video quality thus making it best option for conferencing and screen sharing.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.
It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.
One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.
What I also loved was the quality in which meetings were being recorded In. They also provide a feature where you can save and share each recordings with others.
There are a few companies that use Go to Meeting and I Dread it because I Never can connect. Always an error message.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.

ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.
I understand that this a way to monetize the platform and am grateful that there are those that can contribute. The integration for time tracking tool such a Togl or it's own time tracker is great.

Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.
Webex has an easy interface and is good with some integrations like outlook. Webex has a good mobile app.
Webex's design is atrocious, and its legacy features live behind separate interfaces—which are somehow even worse than the design of the main UX—that make them incredibly confusing to use.
Overall I think the Webex is a good and I do recommend it as a good video chat software I will definitely be using this soft ware on my laptop.

We have had trouble with the video when everyone first started working from home and opted for audio-only. I have also experience the inability to recorded meetings.
It has features that help you engage with your audience and some nice integration options. Webex has been my go to for many events and has been very successful.
More importantly, I hate how it always starts when I turn on my computer. I've changed my settings many things, but I can not get it to stop booting up when my computer turns on.
Cisco Webex has good functionality, is pretty intuitive to use, and the chat functions work well to ask questions, exchange information and the visual clarity is good.
Excellent web conferencing software suited for industrial users who love their data security and also require best team collaborations.
I love that it allows chatting with individuals during a conference, which is very helpful. The group chats, polls, raise hands; all these features are pretty cool and easy to use.

Easy to use : no need to install client S/W for meeting, only can invite an attendee by 2 steps. Good quality of vioce : can hear good quality of voice and latency is under 0.2 sec.
The most important thing, as it is with all video conferencing, is the video quality and reliability are top notch.
Webex is really cost effective - there's a great free version. I also love the fact that you don't need to download anything to use it, you can just click on the link in an invite.
It's a great brand to buy and trust. Overall , it is the first best tool for community.
That combined with the comprehensive screen-sharing feature makes it absolutely perfect to perform tech support.
My professor picked WebEx over Zoom because it was better for him to use with his budget and amount of students. WebEx is really good for small meetings with less then 10 people.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.

The quality of the recorded calls is amazing and it makes them very useful for training purposes. 3CX gives you a lot of freedom to organize the call list in a way that works for you.
The vendor that we bought it from spent no time training us and we had several system issues that tarnished our experience.
Great integration with existing system, and helped us streamline the forwarding/holding/transferring process. VM to inbox was amazing.
We stopped wasting money on LANDLINES and chose 3CX as out internet phone PBX.
Support from the manufacturer is simply outstanding as there knowledge base and support team go the extra mile to help you.
It can be slow and it's closed-source, which really annoys us.
Technical support was outstanding in assisting with the troubleshooting and setup.
Errors trying to open the platform even though firewall off. Not sure the difference between the "management interface" and the "webclient.
I highly appreciate 3CX's compatibility with multiple SIP platforms and I really like the option of adding multiple profiles which can be very useful when working in multiple work environments.

For both personal and business reasons, Skype is a terrific way to connect quickly and effortlessly.
There has been a persistent problem that it takes a lot of time to load the app sometimes. Just basic features have been provided in it, if we compare it with its competitors.
Overall I have had a good experience with Skype. Perfect lightweight instant messaging app.
There is not much I do not like, but the lack of support of break-out rooms is something I have noticed and missed on occasion, though a minor gripe.
Overall I have the best experience while using this app. It is a one of a kind I wouldnt not trade it for any other app.

Its a great product with a rich set of features. Taskworld helps us to get good feedback's from our clients as we can effectively manage our projects.
There seems to be some really bad issues with the screen not refreshing (I guess that's what it is). Many times I will be in a screen and parts of the screen will disappear.

Ease of organizing and keeping track of projects and team activities.
I like being able to integrate my tasks with Google calendar.
It feels a very organized and high end Slack (chat), team/task management (Asana), boards (Trello), and Gantt charts (Instagantt) combined. Costumer service was quick and effective when I needed.
The only thing that I wish it had was an integration into Gmail so that I could add tasks directly from emails as client requests came in. That would have made it a really great tool.
Its a great product with a rich set of features. Taskworld helps us to get good feedback's from our clients as we can effectively manage our projects.
There seems to be some really bad issues with the screen not refreshing (I guess that's what it is). Many times I will be in a screen and parts of the screen will disappear.
Customer service is great and responsive and personable, which in this day and age is always a very big surprise and great selling point. Totally inexpensive - for mid-range features.
QA seems to be lacking, features break without warning and working around until they fix it is difficult at times.
I love it, much easier to use than Wrike, more fun to do so. I also like Trello - but I have more control with task world on the next steps, and I can see the finished tasks with one click.
No status of a project, besides general terms. The overview shows graphs and charts that are useless and cannot default a view without them.
Taskworld is the most user friendly app I have ever used to help myself and the entire office get organized. It has so many awesome functions yet it is all kept in simple form.
No reporting for multiple projects (aggregation). No project reporting facilities.
I have found Taskworld to be a very good system, easy to use and great for quick additions or changes between projects and tasks.
Taskworld enables our team to work remotely and off-site while staying on top of projects and its timelines. The customer service is wonderful and response time is fast.
Ease of use, simple, great functionality, profile pictures eg. Carson Cressley, ability to refine search.

We have been using talkspirit for a few months now at "Chartreuse Gaming" and we are very happy with the result on the quality of our work.
We use to have some problems to communicate inside our association and some of our members weren't aware of the newest projects.
I love how easy it was to integrate a team and communicate instantly. The all-in-one concept is really helpful and time saving.
New features are often useless, and may slow down the software. For the way we use this software, that's all.
What is most pleasant about talkspirit is its ease of use. It's very intuitive, we use it every day.
It's sometimes hard to find information in specific subject in a newfeed.
We particularly like the conf'call that allow us to work despite the distance of our members and collaborators. We also like polls in positions to brainstorm or quickly agree on one point or another.
Somme functionalities are not yet available on the mobile app. You can't create recurring event / models.

I am talking about the ease and rapid response here. When my organisation introduces Pumble we were like wow and we learned using Pumble from day one it gets on board it's that easy.
Often slows down by end of day (desktop product) and has to be killed and restarted.
Luckily, we stumbled across Pumble, and it's perfect. It does everything Slack does, but for free.
It is still new and some features are missing.
I loved the user friendliness of Pumble and it is much better compared to other products.
What I don't like is the lack of integration with external systems and also the fact that we cannot preview the files.
UI a UX of the app is awesome. Mostly because it is so similiar to Slack so if you are satisfied with Slack then you will also like Pumble.
Inability to do voice/video calls. You can't get a link to a specific message/thread.
I love this tool and am so glad that Clockify nudged me about its creation.
The fantastic experience that this software gave us make us try Pumble, which mostly covers our needs. Would be great if "Clockify" and "Pumble" could synchronize together.

I like how it doesn't confine, I'm able to integrate it with day to day work flows and interact fluidly with those both in and outside my organisation. Professional, modern, fun and effective.
Has been invaluable during the crisis as a means of keeping up to date with colleagues concerns as well as communicating company policy and procedure in a rapidly changing environment.
Generally a good, easy to use app that allows good interaction with colleagues as well as getting news and updates out quickly.
Having to keep the app open to get status and updates. It takes up space and I feel I miss things if I don't have it opened on my desktop.
We were able to test Blink for free prior to committing to it, but knew immediately that it was perfect for our needs.
I'm looking forward to the getting an update to enable messages to be sent after being offline, this would enable. Me to use offline and keep up to date with chats.

Lack of ability to share files properly limos use severely and the ‘hub’ feature is too basic as it does not allow the creation of pages to view only upload of docs.
While I’ve been on furlough Blink has been a godsend. It keeps me up to date on all news from my colleagues who are still working.
It helps keeps our employees engaged and informed, allowing everyone to have a voice, and it seems to help boost employee morale.
I like the Hub and quick/direct links to our firm platform portals. Blink is also been a great tool to use and publish timely announcement and feature articles.
It is also very good for communicating directly with management.

What I like the most about this collaboration software is the simple and logical UI, which is not overloaded with lots of unnecessary features. It has all we need for successful communication.
The incoming hook limitation of maximum content length is the hell (Mattermost don't inform the customer about a message which was higher above the hard coded message size limit).
Cross-platform applications ready to use. Amazing open source community built around the product, friendly and helpful people.
For its purpose, I have found nothing about the software that I can find to complain about.
The software is easy to use, similar to the commercial app Slack. It provides good thread tracking and the interface is clean and easy to understand.
A bad user interface, a lot of bugs, sometime you need to restart it in order to make sure that everything works as expected.
We switched to this product because of lower price and option to have self-hosted messenger. Allows you to create secured and perfect internal communication and collaboration tool.
When i receive message sometimes i miss notifications. When i click pop up window it doesn't begin conversation, i have to find message in contact list.

Can be hosted on-premise. Good community support - Apps and Integrations brings great support to exchange data with external systems for software development teams.
Mattermost is intuitive to use and easy to implement in your company. It has a good amount of integrations.
Honestly, the most use we get out of this product is having fun with the wide range of emojis you can add to posts as reactions.
Running the software locally means you can keep a much better eye on its security and usage. Its user management and directory integration is superior to Slack's.

It allows all our staff to quickly chat about things without clogging up inboxes or having them on their phones. Groups and channels are great, especially for management needs.

First i really like the real time capability and the amazing communication across various Engineering projects members and the data analytical functions are perfect.

Get.chat is an outstanding tool that allows easy integration of Whatsapp Business with other products to ensure efficiency and reliable delivery of customer services.
We really like it, but the monthly plan needs more user seats. I no longer experience something that used to bother me.
Chat is an excellent live chat platform for customer engagement. It’s easy to use and offers powerful features that make it ideal for help desks and customer service teams.
Too sluggish, the platform may become unresponsive if more than 200+ customers are waiting in line. Otherwise, it will be fine.
Overall experience is very good with get.chat application. It has a very good customer support.
It only has a monthly purchase package plan. The plan is quite expensive especially to the low level businesses and the upcoming organizations.

It's costly and heavy to load, I tried the open source version on my local server and due to the tools used in development it loaded slowly. Also doing any customization is a pain.
It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.
The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.

That I spent countless hours on other SAS applications, wasting my time and stress, when they had a product that meets 90% of my needs.
Good features for downloading files and easy for clients to log on and review. Several people can join in which is great for the client.
Once we started utilizing Clinked, all of the headaches that come with failed transfer went away.
I don't have enough words to describe this great software which has completely transformed my business. What I loved the most is the excellent communication and an instant response features.
There is no spell check facility which can be off putting for clients.
I love that Clinked offers a ton of webinars to help you make the most of the platform, and their support staff is also very kind.

So we're very happy that we can collaborate directly with Rocket. Chat developers and hopefully having good relationship in the long term.
And about usability: first of all, it does lack some nice-to-haves here and there. It cannot be integrated with SharePoint, so there are no status updates when going in a meeting.
It's really good to use and good to create a public and private channel to do conversation in group. I also love the future of rocket chat API, so you can do a message programmatically.
It is difficult to locate old texts. There is no sending of audios.
It has some great features and it's great that you have so much control over the software as administrator.
All we want is a voice call. Most of our machines intentionally do not have webcams, yet we have no choice but to select "Video Chat" and then dismiss the dialogs warning us that no camera was found.
It's easy to use, didn't cost anything (if self-hosted) and helps us meet EU-GDPR requirements. Further it provides a nice app and a community, that constantly improves the chat and features.
Most of the time, I can't attach a file. There is no library of the images exchanged.
Rocket.chat is a great alternative to Slack with the possibility to run it without license costs on-premise. Documentation is good and a lot of Slack integrations also works with rocket.chat.
It can work on Your internal server, You can manage it by yourself, and thanks to that with the proper approach it can make your communication more secure.

The title of the stream is written all over the key visual. I fail to understand what is so difficult about changing this and ensuring that the key visual is visible.

This is a robust communications platform, excellent for remote and hybrid workplaces. The UI is clean but still full of features and integrates very well with other Zoho products.
Phone app either I haven't tried it or it sucks really bad. I'm not sure which it is.
Cliq is a new messaging software in comparison to some of the most popular options, but just as good in my opinion. It is fast and fun to use.
The lack of ability to delete or modify messages can be a potential problem.

I miss the giphy feature that I used when my company used Slack.

Brosix has been a great asset to our organization by giving us the ability to communicate to teammates who are at multiple locations.
Inability to print directly from the software.
I like how easy and efficient it is to give messages through the office without calling or hunting down my co workers. We can also broadcast messages to certain people which is nice as well.
It logs me out randomly sometimes and new message notifications disappear after a while.
Great for inter-office communication for help while on the phone with a customer.
Hard to delete group conversations and is not consistent in showing history, deletes some messages without request.
There are a lot of features that we love using, easy to use and the cost is competitive.
