What is 3D_Evolution?
3D_Evolution is a conversion and simplification tool for workable 3D CAD and JT designs. It’s used by designers, contractors, and service providers in the aerospace, automotive, robotics, and consumer goods sectors, as well as research facilities and universities. Deployed on-premises using Windows and Linux operating systems or in the cloud for Mac, Windows, and Linux PCs, this tool is available only in English, German, and French.
Compliant with and certified to VDA 4955/2 and SASIG PDQ specifications, 3D_Evolution supports advanced conversions for most CAD design formats. It features a build history log, FEMtools, quality checker, enterprise data management, digital mock-up (DMU) inspector, and 3D-Master tools. These enable paperless productions that combine tolerances, dimensions, and annotations to ensure simplification and interoperability for assemblies and subassemblies.
