It doesn't have an option to generate multiple estimate tiers within the same estimate, sol the only way to do a "good, better, best" estimate strategy is to generate three separate estimates, which is time consuming.

I’d like to have a “new lead” add that keeps the contact info for the job and not bring over a previous job addresses for past job sites and keeps only info for the contractor itself

I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have.

I really like the new calendar version it helps our company stay organized and being able to see all three companies on the same calendar.

Sometimes the system is a little slow when it comes to adding things in payments or documents, it will not load and I have to exit out of the payment section and reopen it to add another payment.

There is not much of an inside sales lead utilization like call results and call function that would bring you up to the next account to call for past clients.

I would like it if when you’re working on a job and you’re toward the bottom of the page and you want to go to another job if you could just click on something at the top and you could search for the next job instead of having to scroll all the way to the top.

Another feature that I really like is the team comunication whithin. If you ever have any questions about any topics you can always go back and find the job notes in their file.

I always dislike that you cannot add a template to a billing payment request and have to copy and paste a message each time.

After several clicks each time, you are then able to see the storyline. When you open the Communications tab, All Messages show.

The mobile app has been especially useful in the field, and the automated reminders help ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

No free e-sign, and the inability to labor track without upgrade even though you can create the labor orders

On top of that, having such a minimal set of features makes it harder for a company to operate smoothly, especially when you rely on these tools to stay organized and efficient.

It's a full-featured CRM that allows us to communicate internally and maintain all pertinent information.

All in one platform that allows me to organize, customize and streamline.

Like the ability to label clients as sales, no sales, inspection no sales and so on.

I like how professional the invoices look when I email them, and like the features of being to add additional info, if needed.

My least favorite thing about AccuLynx is how the camera will often turn white when taking photos within the app.
