There should be a designated property management lead-creation system that allows new leads to be created with old contact information, and the changes on the new lead should not change the details for the old jobs.

I’d like to have a “new lead” add that keeps the contact info for the job and not bring over a previous job addresses for past job sites and keeps only info for the contractor itself

I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have.

I really like the new calendar version it helps our company stay organized and being able to see all three companies on the same calendar.

Sometimes the system is a little slow when it comes to adding things in payments or documents, it will not load and I have to exit out of the payment section and reopen it to add another payment.

There is not much of an inside sales lead utilization like call results and call function that would bring you up to the next account to call for past clients.

I would like it if when you’re working on a job and you’re toward the bottom of the page and you want to go to another job if you could just click on something at the top and you could search for the next job instead of having to scroll all the way to the top.

Another feature that I really like is the team comunication whithin. If you ever have any questions about any topics you can always go back and find the job notes in their file.

I always dislike that you cannot add a template to a billing payment request and have to copy and paste a message each time.

We use QBO and at times we have issues with payments and expenses recording accurately.

Being able to flag an account or a customer would be helpful if there is ever an issue regarding payment or difficulty with them.

Not being able to quickly find appointments, jobs, or tasks slows me down and adds unnecessary frustration.

My overall experience has been great with AccuLynx - my company has made a lot of customizations to our workflow that work great for us!

Everything is an add-on, and you have to commit to the whole portion of that add-on in regard to price, even if using only bits and pieces of that. If that part were more customizable, it would dominate and, I feel, would generate more in the long run because it would maintain more affordability and build more long-term clients, but when you start to crest into the thousand-dollar range, the bang for your buck is lessened.

I would be 100% sold if reports were more customized without expensive add-ons and supplement features were improved.

I cant add photos to work order until after approval which means i have to revisit every work order after production approves the order.

I often mess up on my other apps like contacts and messages, for example.
