They find syncing with accounting software like QuickBooks problematic, and say recording payments can be confusing or slow. High and inflexible pricing

owner

its ridiculously expensive for a small business and to add users or the extra features they brag about

Accounting Manager

There is a lot to learn and not all functions are available without adding them on which raises the price

66% of reviewers feel negative about pricing. Users report that the software is expensive compared to competitors, especially for small businesses or those needing only a few users. They say add-ons and extra features significantly increase costs, and dislike the per-user pricing model. They say it’s easy to learn, accessible on multiple devices, and makes job management less complicated. Reviewers appreciate that most features are self-explanatory, reducing the learning curve for new users and allowing them to focus on their work rather than figuring out the system.

It doesn't have an option to generate multiple estimate tiers within the same estimate, sol the only way to do a "good, better, best" estimate strategy is to generate three separate estimates, which is time consuming.

From permits and documents to customer communication and invoicing, everything is tied to the job, which makes it easy to track, manage, and stay on top of every project.

Operations Manager

Everything: documents, contracts, payments, photos, and communication, is stored in one place and tied to each job.

Project manager

Estimate customization, being able to edit the final proposal prices and lock it out. and recording invoice to QBO is easy

Client Care Representative

There should be a designated property management lead-creation system that allows new leads to be created with old contact information, and the changes on the new lead should not change the details for the old jobs.

Controller

It’s been a reliable system that helps keep our jobs organized from start to finish, especially when it comes to invoicing and closing out projects.

Senior Sales Development Representative

Managing leads, jobs, photos, estimates, and communication felt a lot more organized compared to juggling multiple tools.

New Client development manager

I’d like to have a “new lead” add that keeps the contact info for the job and not bring over a previous job addresses for past job sites and keeps only info for the contractor itself

Founder

They are too expensive, they hold there data hostage, they think they are doing you a favor by reducing user counts on your billing for users you deactivate… utter trash

Estimator

It's a full-featured CRM that allows us to communicate internally and maintain all pertinent information.

The averages of the A/R Range is the average of the averages, which gives an inaccurate data points to go off of.

Administration

I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have.

Office Administrator

I really like the new calendar version it helps our company stay organized and being able to see all three companies on the same calendar.

Sometimes the system is a little slow when it comes to adding things in payments or documents, it will not load and I have to exit out of the payment section and reopen it to add another payment.

There’s a learning curve in the beginning, but once the team gets comfortable with it, it becomes a solid system for managing day-to-day operations.

Inside Sales Representative

There is not much of an inside sales lead utilization like call results and call function that would bring you up to the next account to call for past clients.

We appreciate the flexibility of creating estimates to fit our specific needs but the cost is too high.

OWNER

We collect most of our payments through Acculynx too which is super convenient for us and our clients.

Everything is an add-on, and you have to commit to the whole portion of that add-on in regard to price, even if using only bits and pieces of that. If that part were more customizable, it would dominate and, I feel, would generate more in the long run because it would maintain more affordability and build more long-term clients, but when you start to crest into the thousand-dollar range, the bang for your buck is lessened.

Office staff

I would like it if when you’re working on a job and you’re toward the bottom of the page and you want to go to another job if you could just click on something at the top and you could search for the next job instead of having to scroll all the way to the top.

I think training when we first started using it helped our key employee, but we didn't really have a train the trainer experience to help our other emplyees

Sales specialist

unable to create/update estimates on iPhone, not sure if i’m not just not seeing this feature or it’s not available?

The mobile app was also helpful for field updates without needing to go back and forth with the office team.

The amble cloud storage is great for photos and docs.

Another feature that I really like is the team comunication whithin. If you ever have any questions about any topics you can always go back and find the job notes in their file.

I always dislike that you cannot add a template to a billing payment request and have to copy and paste a message each time.
