What is BRIX?

BRIX is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for home builders to control and monitor the processes of residential construction projects. Users can monitor and control project timelines, purchase orders, sales relationships, production, costs, contractor scheduling, forecasting, and more.

BRIX shows job specific production cost accountability and enables users to generate orders, assemble subcontractor agreements and see detailed costing forecasts before making final purchasing decisions. Once a project is ongoing, the production status is shown and costs can be tracked, including loans, accounts payable, and payroll. BRIX users can create custom financial reports as well as view automatically calculated accruals, consolidated ledgers, and automated tax calculations.
