We have been a client for several years now and have enjoyed the fantastic feedback from our clients to keep them up to date on their jobs, especially our out of town clients.

The initial sales team was great. We felt that they understood our needs and that we were a great fit.

Buildtools was probably one of the worst apps we ever used. No one was able to understand how to utilize it and no real templates were available.

Customer support has been very good and steady. They are a small, but growing, company and you can see the commitment to customer service.

The scheduling feature of the program is actually very nice. It works great and is easy to use.

They are very responsive, and it's a great tool for our customers to see and use.

This combined with the product's progressive incremental improvements and willingness to occasionally make changes based on our own suggestions or requests add up to good value.

The due date and reminder dates are a great feature for those people that need reminders. In the next 30 days, we hope to be integrating the budget with Quickbooks, so more on that later.

BuildTools has a great budget module which ties to the financial system, a great purchase order system and change order tracking.

Project document control, photos, etc are very simple. The ease of integration in the field with iPhone and Android tablets has been great.

Good customer support, the system is infrequently down so we can use it all the time.

Software Advice was great as far as directing us to four companies that offer what I was looking for. I chose BuildTools because they were claiming to have QuickBooks integration almost ready.

The software is very slow. It is cloud based but lags.

Check out the speed of the program. This is a cloud based program and we always have trouble logging on.

I'll post again in another couple of months with an update.

The proposals and invoicing are seamless. I also use the time stopwatch for clocking freelance hours which seamlessly translate to an invoice for billing which is amazing.

I loved using this to manage projects as it was really clear. It was fun to create the mood boards that is available to do and use the floor plans too create models and them see in 3D.

The messaging features and leads features are very helpful, and I like the concierge. I haven't used the estimate feature because we have our own system for that, but I like that it exists.

The ease of use of the product is certainly there and integration with the business model was easy. The client success manager that we are assigned is amazing.

Honestly, working with Houzz has been a great experience. Everything is user friendly, our rep is great and the advertising aspect can't be matched.

I am impressed with the ability to create floor plans in Houzz Pro and will play around with it more when I get some more help in the office.

Our customer service rep has been pretty excellent, which has probably been the best part.

Being directly connected to a potential client by a computer on the phone, when they have no idea who you are or why your are calling at what is usually an inconvenient time for them.

Houzz has been a pleasure to work with, great customer service and brand exposure. Highly recommend Houzz Pro as a platform for anyone looking to build/ renovate.

I am not one to be afraid to click buttons and try to figure things out for myself, but when that approach has been less that successful, the support staff and account managers have been amazing.

I like all of the information that is available and it is quick to find and easy to ease.

I have had a few spam encounters recently and the # of leads I receive has dropped.

I really like the user friendliness and ease of use for myself and leads as well.
