Cadmio overview
What is Cadmio?
Cadmio is an on-premise platform that helps businesses prepare presentations and review them on iPad or iPhone. Users can import .STEP or .STL files from any CAD application, add materials and environments, letting them send or present work to others. Designers can also send files to reviewers to inspect design interactively in 3D, which allows more design ideation and feedback management.
Cadmio includes object hierarchy panel, lets users position model with the transform tools and parameters on the properties panel. Each imported CAD file has its own transform parameters.
Users can store required views on the Camera panel. These views are accessible with a single tap on the presentation screen. Different render modes, units, and dimensions overlay for model evaluation on the properties panel. Cadmio also includes materials and environments panel where professionals can customize the materials and environments added to presentation. Users can also share presentation file with others.
