Although there are some issues with the software and some bugs present, they are very upfront about providing a forum for submitting bugs and suggestions to the platform. And their acknowledgment of these bugs and suggestions combined with their willingness to fix and implement them is very refreshing.

A few advanced settings are hidden deep in the menu, which can make it harder to find specific customizations unless you're already familiar with the platform.
