The site is very slow, weather data on daily reports is inconsistent with the National Weather Service, and the website is extremely low security, if you have a valid login you can type URLs in that you shouldn't have access to an see everything.

We utilize the daily reports but it would be great if the pictures on those reports could be used for multiple things (as in, adding pics to the change orders prove damages by other trades, etc). If you add to field reports you can glen from there but it would be great if we could also add from daily reports.

The time sheet comments get lost when you pull reports unless you enter timesheets through daily reports which is not the best option for office staff.

Purchasing taxes don't accommodate Canadian markets -Change Orders don't allow for a separate line to job scopes deleted (job credits)

I wish there was also a way for the program to pull the cost codes from my imported estimate into which cost codes are displayed in the project.

It took me awhile to figure out how to print off a weekly time sheet for all my workers to see and make sure they have the correct amount of hours worked that week.

The software currently is not fully customizable, but we have been assured that this is all changing once eSUB 2.0 is fully released and available for us to deploy all phases.  

I would prefer it to be organized just like the change order log.   If there's a revision, keep it grouped together on the log rather than moving the revision up to the top.  

sometimes using the iphone will not connect online, or will freeze and i'll have to recreate a report, or close the program and re open it.

For the time card, the signature of the time of entry and exit would be great for the time of generating the Time report.

When a submittal is sent, the software groups the files which makes it very large for the receiver.

It used to take forever to open Timecard Management or wouldn't open at all and I was having to manually enter payroll, but now I don't have that problem.

Like if I leave it log in and close the page the next time I go to the page shows me logged in but when I try to do something it gives me and error.

The way it spits out its correspondence/submittals/RFI's for example is messy and needs to be cleaned up after the fact every time.
