eSUB Pricing, Features, Reviews and Alternatives

I use this for our construction documents for our field crew. RFI's and Submittals are easily processed by all of the team and tracking is easy and efficient. Better than the software is the support behind it. Our Project Manager,[SENSITIVE CONTENT] , goes above and beyond to let us know upcoming features, where to get answers and how to teach users to be effective with its information.

Understanding where users are pulled from for the submittal/RFI process from the project information. Specifically the Engineer, Estimator, Project Superintendent- What category do I add these people to ... Users or Contracts?

A contact is anyone who receives documents or correspondence from eSUB (like a superintendent, engineer, or vendor). I feel as though when I come with an issue. Esub support team is there to answer or fix the issue and then show me how to input the change, This is why I have Esub for our buisness needs.

The export feature so time doesn't have to be manually entered in our Payroll system

I have to open each and every single job each week to save the Daily Reports and to know what jobs need to be included to export and it takes quite a bit of time. It would be nice if you could just populate daily reports created that week.

I can only speak on the features that we use. My favorite aspect is change order management. It is very organized and user friendly, especially when making revisions. I like that the revisions are grouped together on the change order log, makes it easy to find them. RFI management is nice and clean as well.

I think the submittal log could be organized a bit better. I would prefer it to be organized just like the change order log. If there's a revision, keep it grouped together on the log rather than moving the revision up to the top. I find myself searching around the log too much to find submittals that were revised.

This product allows for real time financial and time tracking.

The way it treats materials is not the most useful for our specific business.
