The ease of use and ability to keep up with everything. I love having the ability to keep up with multiple sites without having to visit them.

Overall we are very happy with fieldwire capabilities. We are able to track projects and update information live plus draw in red lines after each shift.

Customer service has been helpful when needed, and there is a library of videos online to assist with questions or training.

If I have to write an RFI I can take picture and integrate them into the Blue prints to generate something on the spot. It is helpful you can markup any PDF drawings on your iPad or phone as well.

Plus the ability to have my foreman's enter and update remotely enables to office to have a live updated on our current projects.

Right now searching/filtering through images is limited.

Currently this software is limited for my use for field reports and punch lists.

Time stamp feature is placed outside of image as reference. If image is exported their is no way to distinguish veracity of date & time taken.

The timecard function is great, getting project information to our Superintendents and Foremen is immeasurable. I really like the submittal, Change Order, and RFI functions.

ESUB makes track job costs really easy, which is super important for all of our projects.

But again, daily reports are usually done through Procore because that is the GC platform and what they want used. It automatically adds the cover page to submittals which was nice.

The problem with this type of product was there were tons of functions that a subcontractor would never need or use. These products were also not efficient in exchanging files and information.

It was great being able to assign different roles to different users so individuals only saw the information relevant to their position.

We use the Sage 300 connector, and all project financials are current in our projects on eSub. There's a cost to complete function that is a great way to get an idea of how the project will finish.

Getting a job set up is not quite smooth yet. I have a little trouble figuring out how to get my information switched over from the Edge.
