Customer service is terrible, and nothing gets resolved. While they are trying to sale you their service they are readily available anytime you call or email. Once you pay for the services noone will help you.

Difficult subscription cancellation

Tried the service for 30 days and wasn't a fit. When I reached out to cancel, they said it's been 31 days since I signed up and I'm locked in for a year. When a SaaS service fights to extract payment from unhappy customers, you've gotta wonder about the viability of their product.

They have no interest in providing any leniency to errors and will continue to bill you for up to 12 months after requesting a cancellation.

The estimating tool only lets you estimate based on $ / Unit Qty meanwhile I should be able to input the rate of production for that assembly and it spit out the $/Qty.

I also like collecting payments through the system and like how the customer is charged for service fees instead of me having to calculate it and add it on my end.

The problem here is that the videos showcase stuff you can't access (or the videos are outdated and need to be removed from their directory).
