All the information is at my finger tips and my PM's can track the status of their owner and sub payments without having to ask me.

Recent changes to the platform that require a sub to approve any changes past a certain point are very inconvenient for what we use it for!

Unfortunately there are some design/development issues that hinder ease of use and access for superintendents on app as well as subcontractors.

Software can be very slow, especially pulling reports and the accounting/waivers.

We have increased productivity with RTG and all the project managers love the quickness of writing contracts

Spell check feature does not work or lags many times.

The accounting features are what use and love most.

Nooooooooooooooooooo  not problem with the program

of the roadblocks we run into or items we suggest to be added to the software has been addressed by her coaching or her working with her programmers.

Construction Manager

Contract Submissions and Sub Invoicing has helped saved time and resources.

That aside, the time saved from contracts to Change Orders is huge for us. As mentioned before, our way of doing things before was a thing of the past.

What I like most about this software is how it is the most all-inclusive project management software that we have seen or dealt with.

Some of the formatting of documents could be improved.

This works from bidding to to closeout and everywhere in-between.

The platform layout is very easy to click your way through, and same for the subcontractors we have included thus far.

I would say that we do not foresee ourselves using the scheduling piece of this software.

With integration of a program like this, it is a huge process.

PASKR is keeping us a lot more organized.

She has made this entire implementation as smooth as possible.

We are trying to implement more tools redteam offers into our everyday practices.

Office Coordinator

Some features are occasionally buggy or antiquated, sometimes non-intuitive.

Working in general contracting, I interact with it pretty much every day.

I would say it is a very easy and useful tool.

The clients also can't log in to any type of portal to view current schedules, See an open list of RFIs, Submittals, etc.  

This software has been a critical part of managing our multiple projects.

Integration with third party applications

It makes all of the cons that much less troublesome because there's always someone there to work through them with you.

Anything sent from RedTeam (progress reports, proposals, etc.) are sent as a link.  

There should be a way to do a 2nd, 3rd, etc. estimate/proposal without it overwriting the original.
