Some features are occasionally buggy or antiquated, sometimes non-intuitive.

Working in general contracting, I interact with it pretty much every day.

We are trying to implement more tools redteam offers into our everyday practices.

I would say it is a very easy and useful tool.

The clients also can't log in to any type of portal to view current schedules, See an open list of RFIs, Submittals, etc.

Anything sent from RedTeam (progress reports, proposals, etc.) are sent as a link.  

There should be a way to do a 2nd, 3rd, etc. estimate/proposal without it overwriting the original.

You can not delete/cancel an executed sub contract agreement.

Most everything else in RedTeam gets replaced (superseded) but not deleted/overwritten.  

This software has been a critical part of managing our multiple projects.

Ease of use and the user interface guidance

It makes all of the cons that much less troublesome because there's always someone there to work through them with you.

There is a lot to learn beyond the training provided.

We’ve heard positive feedback from the field completing the forms and using dashboards for reporting, with comments like: “I like it more than what we had before”, “I like toolbox talk uploads”, “I found it easy to navigate”, etc.

Having a page dedicated to incidents and their investigations to see and filter without all the other forms would be ideal and most safety platforms offer this, also having reporting capabilities for LTIs, TRIF, SIFR built into this module would make this software more competitive from a safety standpoint.

I think Corfix is a great Canadian based software that offers a unique feature such as COR audits, but I don't feel sold that its capabilities are to a level where it allows us to get rid of other safety software such as the Procore safety Module.
