As far as value for the money, it tends to lean towards the pricier side of estimating programs.

Because you can customize so much, there are a few areas that really need to be double and triple checked to make sure everything is correct.

Overall, it is a great product and is the best way to bid jobs. While it takes a little time to learn everything, once you do it is worth it. After you spend some time on it, it becomes easier and easier to use.

For the record, we use Procore for project management which costs significantly more than B2W, but the value for what we get is far better.  

It is possible to accidentally make changes in database that affect a wide range of other projects.

Reusable cost structures greatly improve estimating efficiency.

Just know it's limited and very (very) expensive if that's not your company.  

We have to export to excel and spend about an hour or two to prepare a budget so it will upload correctly.

Setting bond, profit, overhead and labor burden is a breeze with B2W.

Integrating with Spectrum accounting software is still a bit of a challenge.
