Since we can't use our existing databases, and the program doesn't seem to be any drastic improvement over what we're already using, we have had absolutely no reason to even entertain it.

It is horrible from the phone support to email ticket creation.

Would be nice to just get a straight answer at least one time.

Overly Complicated and a poor database, there is next to nothing for pre-made assemblies and you will spend a lot of money and time getting the system to a level of acceptable/

Better off using a digital takeoff program and enter the counts and lengths into Accubid.

Also, they reformatted the software so the intuitive nature of items that was in classic is no longer existent.

The database is good and the subcontractor import function for pricing updates is great.

I hate it so much I cant honestly remember a time that i had more buyer remorse.
