Pros

“THERE SEEMS TO BE NEW BUGS AND GLITCHES WITH THE NEW PROGRAM AND HAVENT FOUND ANYTHING YET THAT SEEMS TO MAKE THE NEW PROGRAM BETTER THEN THE PREVIOUS ACCUBID 14”

Phil L.

ESTIMATOR

“Would be nice to just get a straight answer at least one time.”

Patrick S.

Chief Estimator

“Better off using a digital takeoff program and enter the counts and lengths into Accubid. ”

Thomas J.

OWNER

Pros

“The search feature has been a complete game changer, we can instantly search for terms like "paint" or "sealed concrete" instead of manually hunting through drawings.”

John S.

Project Manager and Estimator

“The measurement tools are accurate, and the platform helps us organize quantities clearly and save time during estimating.”

Daniel F.

Estimator

“I use it to search for my scope of work on plans and for specific item numbers and names, etc.”

Holly S.

Estimator

Cons

“Since we can't use our existing databases, and the program doesn't seem to be any drastic improvement over what we're already using, we have had absolutely no reason to even entertain it. ”

Patrick S.

Chief Estimator

“It is horrible from the phone support to email ticket creation.”

Robin N.

President

“Overly Complicated and a poor database, there is next to nothing for pre-made assemblies and you will spend a lot of money and time getting the system to a level of acceptable/”

Jeff T.

Chief Estimator

Cons

“price list management - There is no easy tool to update prices and carry them into assemblies so when you have to update a large number of items and assemblies already created it can take a while to update.”

Russ E.

Estimator

“The only thing that I can come up with would be the fact that you cannot customize the key binds and have to use the pre-set ones.”

Robbie L.

Project Manager

“My least favorite thing about zzTakeoff is the inability to easily assign takeoffs to areas for reporting purposes.”

Adam d.

Director of Estimating
