Horrible customer service response. We had to convert our system and the process was corrupted from the beginning and no real effort was made on their end to clean it up.

Coding overcharges in POS and the President refused to make right. Randomly charges clients credit cards when not supposed to (very upset clients who think you are purposely overcharging them).

Lots of emails that sound helpful but do not actually give resolution. You've upped our costs multiple times without upping our service or the quality of service.

Some of the options to submit tickets through the portal could use some improvement. We are generally satisfied with the Customer Service response via phone and email.
