eClinPro CTMS & eSource also offers an electronic document management system for organizing, sharing, and controlling access to study documents like lab reports, patient records, and regulatory documents. Users can electronically sign, annotate, and upload documents as certified copies.
The eClinPro CTMS platform integrates calendar, budget, and subject visit management tools to help sites gain better oversight of study timelines, milestones, and subject interactions. The system also features built-in reporting for monitoring study progress, subject enrollment, and budget expenditures. It integrates with third-party software for patient recruitment, SMS appointment reminders, and web-based marketing.
