The features are either at parity or exceed the other tools I've had experience with over my tenure as a Marketing Technologist. But the real engine of the tool lies in it's 'workflows' - programs that allow complex decision making at the back end of each form and allow you to connect to different APIs.

The integration with Stripe is also valuable: the process of collecting payments with form submissions is intuitive for customers and automatically connected to records in Salesforce.

Luckily you can get around some of these frustrations by building out custom CSS and Javascript files but I wish that Form Assembly would invest in their roadmap to create a more robust solution.

The page loads for the connectors can be very slow.

FormAssembly is an awesome and essential tool for Salesforce admins!

I also like its ability to simplify the task of retrieving information.

Some of the more detailed workflow setups are not as intuitive and require a level of programming experience that I don't have or have time to learn.

I don't like the way we login as an admin to see the admin dashboard. But not a big problem.

The available styling options for the forms also works well with our branding requirements.

The price can be a limitation for small-scale use, and some advanced options require a bit of setup before becoming fully functional.

I think that the one UI thing I dislike is how clumped together the tool and menu bar on the left is when creating a form.

They always respond to emails and create a support case to work on the issue.  

Learning the ins and outs of the tool took some effort but it was well worth it and their free academy and training tools were a serious help.

The interface is also a little outdated, although functional.

Simple yet attractive dashboard design, it is not too rich with unrelated design and make it simple for user to navigate around the dashboard.
