The functionality: FA allows us to prefill the forms with relevant user data, customize forms so we get exactly the information we need, transfer the data captured to Salesforce, review and score applicants within the form and then transfer scoring data to a Salesforce dashboard for selection process.

I find it great how this connects with Salesforce, so I can push data directly into Salesforce.
