The features are either at parity or exceed the other tools I've had experience with over my tenure as a Marketing Technologist. But the real engine of the tool lies in it's 'workflows' - programs that allow complex decision making at the back end of each form and allow you to connect to different APIs.

Some of the more detailed workflow setups are not as intuitive and require a level of programming experience that I don't have or have time to learn.

I don't like the way we login as an admin to see the admin dashboard. But not a big problem.

The available styling options for the forms also works well with our branding requirements.

The price can be a limitation for small-scale use, and some advanced options require a bit of setup before becoming fully functional.

I think that the one UI thing I dislike is how clumped together the tool and menu bar on the left is when creating a form.
