When sending review requests to customers' phones, sometimes the links don't even appear on their phones.   And other times the links show up but when clicked on they go to a static URL.

My overall experience with Grade.us is that I'm sincerely disappointed that the company has gone as far downhill as they have. When [SENSITIVE CONTENT], operated the place, I was at least able to speak to a human on the phone about my issues. And they were usually resolved within 24 hours.

One feature that's pretty genius is Grade.us' ability to gather reviews from all different rating sites in one place.

Agency specific options: They have very useful features that are specifically designed to help agencies with building their reputation marketing business.

LOVE it only would change a few things as outlined above.
