What is hitobito?
hitobito is a solution for managing associations, clubs, and organizations. The main software functions include address and contact management, course and event management, a newsletter and mailing system, and a payment and billing module.
The mailing system can be expanded to include individual subscriptions and distribution lists for role-based, targeted dispatch. hitobito is also suitable for managing multi-part courses, training courses, seminars, and other events. Features include, for example, priority distribution for registrations and waiting lists. Membership fees, donations, and other services can be invoiced using the invoice module. Invoices for previously managed courses and events are also sent and stored electronically.
The software can also map organizational structures individually by using an authorization and role system that can be adapted as necessary. Standardized interfaces are available for exporting and importing data. If necessary, it is possible to add further functions to meet the needs of each user.
