Great tool if you have the budget. 

I really like this software.  It gets better and better every year.  I mostly use CRM and Automation.  Great sending out welcome campaigns for new customers, requesting customer reviews, sending out surveys, requesting referrals - all with automation and intelligence.  So powerful.  I believe Infusionsoft for marketing will be what Quickbooks is to small businesses accounting.

Infusionsoft is Awesome

I can monitor lead activity/tasks in an automated and centralized CRM. By having this CRM we are able to reach out leads easier, more efficient and it makes each sales cycle easier. I can also activate email campaigns easier and faster, and it offers multiple templates that I can choose from or customize on my own.

Good job tracking tasks and information on my leads. Easy to navigate client information.

The automation sends out nurturing emails as often as you like. Integration between eCommerce, marketing and CRM.  Many lead forms and lots of storage. New upgrades and add-on developed all the time. It has a great Market Place with many experts and apps.

Been using Infusionsoft for over six years. Great CRM, Automation and eCommerce. Support great.

Marketing automation and lead scoring at an attainable price

Great tool (with some headaches)

Marketing and automation platform that provides a range of tools for email marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, and more. It includes customer relationship management (CRM) features such as contact management, task and activity tracking, and sales forecasting, and offers a range of integration options to connect to other software and tools.

Is Keap the Right Marketing and Automation Tool?

Infusionsoft has hands down the most robust automated campaign capabilities, be it difficult to learn, if they are built correctly they are brilliant.  The customer service and extremely expensive training is fantastic. Overall it brought a lot of value to our business.

If you have the patience to figure it out, it's FANTASTIC

Infusionsoft is the bomb

It's true. I'm pretty tech savvy and infusionsoft is not easy to use. I find it "clunky", slow, and very expensive.  It is difficult and time-consuming to set up campaigns and even then, things don't always work right. I dread using it and would hire someone to just use it for me if I could find anyone. I am unable to generate simple reports which are frustrating. The payment processing is the only semi-streamlined function. 

I want to throw my computer out the window when using Infusionsoft 

Keap helps us streamline our CRM procedures, thus it's in regular use here. Keap aids us in solving company issues including lead management, marketing campaign automation, and client communication management. We want to use Keap to improve productivity and patron happiness by collecting and following up on leads, monitoring sales activity, and keeping in touch with patrons on an individual basis.

Great CRM for use in a sales function

Infusionsoft Review

Bottom line is that Infusionsoft works great for building email marketing campaigns with if/then logic, especially for e-commerce websites. As far as a CRM goes, I would highly recommend finding a separate CRM to integrate if you end up using Infusionsoft.

A step-up from a more basic CRM platform

Overall, this is a good beginning CRM for teams that are looking to get organized and to better stay connected with their clients. But if you are looking to grow your team, I would suggest comparing InfusionSoft with other CRMs that offer a functional website and lead imports and compare the prices and features to find what you will need in the long run. 

Good, but lacking some functionality

One of the best values for your money in the CRM market. Not as robust as an enterprise CRM, but a fraction the price.  Great for companies under $5MM in annual revenue.  Ability to segment data with custom filters is nice.

Keap is a great CRM that has helped me take my follow up with clients and prospects to another level. As a serial CRM user this is by far the most robust CRM I have used that wasn't 2x the price of Keap.

The interface is clean and easy to use. On first impressions it looked like the re-brand from InfusionSoft was a move good to keep things more simple.

The system is horribly confusing so much so that their own people have no idea what they are doing. They don't test or check their own work.

This was easy to integrate with fix your funnel which i absolutely loved using. You were able to send multiple texts to gym members very easy and do a lot of cool things such as make groups etc.

As someone in business for 10+ yrs, this is a terrible experience.

I loved the tags and advanced segmentation I can do with my marketing funnel. I can tag users based on their actions.

Lots of third party integrations, and a robust API. Very helpful community for questions with actual developers there.
