What is Klik?
Klik is a cloud-based event management solution which utilizes smart wearables to collect data and enhance engagement between event attendees. The software is designed for conference, event, and festival organizers, and includes tools for managing event programmes and schedules, attendee registrations, on-site staff, communications, traffic flows, post-event analytics, and more.
Klik allows users to create event schedules with different schedules and calendars, and populate locations, times, speakers, content, and other information. Attendees can pre-register for activities, sessions, and workshops, and can be sent pre-scheduled notifications and emails. Event web apps allow attendees to view personal agendas on their phones, and track contacts, view speaker profiles, and access contact information.
During events, users can visualize the number of attendees in each room using maps, to control room capacities and avoid congestion. On-site staff also can be located and dispatched to any areas requiring help. Klik’s post-event analytics give users insight into attendance, engagement, sessions, booths, and other data, and can be used to determine the ROI for events, talks, and booths. The built-in rating system also allows attendees to rate individual sessions and provide feedback to event organizers.
