Mark43 is a public safety software which combines 3 solutions for computer aided dispatch (CAD), records management (RMS), and data analytics and intelligence, helping agencies streamline and manage emergency responses, mission-critical data, and more.
Mark43 ensures emergency responders have quick access to critical information about incidents (person or location). Queue management tools enable call takers and dispatchers to manage and move between their app displays easily. Mark43 CAD supports tools for call dispatchers and first responders, as well as system administrators, including event scheduling, CAD event search, in-app messaging, audit log CSV export, an open API, and more.
Mark43’s record management system enables users to manage data collection in a central location. The platform helps users find information quickly by ensuring all data is searchable and scannable. Other RMS core capabilities include report writing, investigative case management, property and evidence management, plus booking and jail management.
Mark 43’s data analytics and intelligence tools (real-time operational intelligence, data visualization support, interactive reporting) give users greater insight into mission-critical data and performance.
