I appreciate that the integration was fairly easily accomplished, the customer service is fantastic and the HR Acuity Round Table discussions are extremely relevant and informational.
This results in reports appearing unprofessional. I have also noticed that updates made within the issue dialogue box do not always appear on the summary reports, which is very frustrating.
I refer to the date that entered for me and my entire team. Overall quality and ease of use is wonderful.
It would help if you could reopen cases and also delete documents that are attached to the wrong closed case in error.
HR Acuity has a robust online support and training center. Responsiveness and customer service from all our HRAcuity contacts is outstanding.
In particular, if you are trying to copy/paste text from a Word doc for example, the formatting becomes very difficult to manipulate.
HR Acuity is an intuitive case management system that is easy to use, provides a good central location for all case document retention, and offers a comprehensive solution for employee relations data.

I greatly enjoy working in the system, the Resolver team in fantastic and very responsive. Any issues that may come up (rare though they are) are handled quickly.
Upgrading from version to version is quite disruptive to our operations and we have typically found a fatal error the past few times we have upgraded.
Having previously submitted evidence from prior audits is very helpful during audits in progress. While the product is great, the support team is what makes the overall experience the exceptional.
There are other aspects of this software that I don't access as they are difficult to navigate and not intuitive.
The product is affordable, and easy to use and track incidents. It also provides a great ROI and helps prove a security department's worth.
It continues to constantly bring up the same person. Incident and investigations are very difficult to search for past reports.
I like the ability to have multiple users work on the same file at the same time. The ease of creating reports frees up my time to do other tasks.
Its inability to allow downloading of frameworks and relevant report.
I like the feature of the chimes when someone else makes an entry so you know it has been entered. It seems like a small thing but is very helpful when busy and working on other duties.
Service desk is always very responsive and helpful which has been important for us as our software usage changed time to time.
Very good tool to generate quick and accurate reports, to be able to carry a documentation of the incidents is great.

Overall experience with Filevine has been amazing. Everyone in the office seems to love it and it works very smoothly with what we use it for.
I made an error by entering some info into the wrong project - I was unable to delete it.
Everything can be customized. The text features are great too, it's always so nice to be able to read back and reference texts between the client and attorney or the client and myself.
They are unresponsive to these concerns, with their standard response being that we should just do more training. The system is clumsy and the customer service is awful.
The flexibility of Filevine to match our firm's specific needs has been wonderful. The Filevine Outlook extension is particularly helpful in aiding communications.
So in addition to wasting all the money we spent on training, we wasted a full day of work.
I especially like that it's web based and accessible anywhere. Seeing what everyone has done on the project/file is beneficial and the search options are great.
The only negative to speak of was the rollout itself. Not alot of guidance back when we purchased the product.
The fax integration feature is fantastic. It is a great way to organize and work your file and keeps all team members updated on the file status and tasks completed and done.
Filevine is so simple to use and we appreciate the ability to create projects for anything the firm needs. I particularly like the report builder.

Smart Advocate makes it easy to keep data updated in the case files so that everything is live and accurate. I love that we can build out the product in the way that it works great for our law firm.
The problem of inefficiency corrects itself with many of SmartAdvocate's customizations and automation.
I like the ability to customize the tasks and evenly distribute the workload using statuses and stages. Also, Dayhanarah is awesome.
No longer being able to add a new contact from disbursements directly.
The customer service is excellent. If you ever have any issues at all they are always there to help.
For the most part it functions well but occasionally seems to get stuck.
Not only do the capabilities outweigh other platforms, but the training and assistance we have received in our office has been excellent.

Pushing out to clients is vastly improved as well. The documentation is much better and the inclusion of help links throughout the product is much appreciated.
Software constantly has issues, stops recording, etc. Lately has been causing boot corruption on Windows 10 computers.
I love the product and would recommend it to any business owner, especially when you allow you staff to telecommute.
The alerting is not as accurate as I would have hoped. Analytics are almost always false when reporting potential threats based on user reaction.
I am extremely happy with this product and the data that it provides, and I would recommend this to anyone in a corporate environment.

Pushing out to clients is vastly improved as well. The documentation is much better and the inclusion of help links throughout the product is much appreciated.
Software constantly has issues, stops recording, etc. Lately has been causing boot corruption on Windows 10 computers.
I love the product and would recommend it to any business owner, especially when you allow you staff to telecommute.
The alerting is not as accurate as I would have hoped. Analytics are almost always false when reporting potential threats based on user reaction.

They upgraded their software about 3 years ago to the cloud. Its much slopwer and the dashboard is a bit more confusing.

Also love the fact that it's easy for each user to customize their own interface so the most important document coding elements are always at the top of the screen.
It is missing a couple of components that are specific to our litigation. However, I am not sure any of the datatbases out there have these capabilities, yet.
It's great at identifying significant documents and easy to share with our outside counsel. The customer service is great, and our clients love using it too.
The only negative I have with CloudNine is the user's inability to change the background coloring. When working for hours at a time on document productions a change of color would relieve eye stress.
I like the ease of use and the UI is great. The search capabilities are pretty easy to use, too.
I am thinking hard about what I would change and I can't think of anything at this moment.
