Auto and precision matching give users different levels of control over mentor-mentee matching. The precision matching system considers personality traits and preferences to ensure compatibility between mentors and mentees, and enables weighting of matching components.
MentoringComplete is optimized for use on mobile devices, with native apps for Android and iOS allowing users to engage with mentoring programs from wherever they are. The add-on knowledge transfer tool, Anytime Mentoring, allows users to search for mentors or coaches based on specific skills they require.
